Mariah Carey Discusses Whitney Houston And New Music On ‘GMA’

Mariah Carey appeared on Good Morning America this morning, and besides a few cute moments regarding "dem babies", the conversation remained fairly serious. GMA's Robin Roberts began by asking Carey about her thoughts on Whitney Houston's passing, as the two pop divas had remained friends after collaborating on a duet at the 1999 Oscars. "I’m almost incapable of talking about this still,” said Mariah. The singer also touched on her husband Nick Cannon's recent health scares, her new gig at Jenny Craig, and the music she's currently working on. Watch her interview below. More »
LMFAO Have One Major House Party In Their “Sorry For Party Rocking” Video

The superheroes of celebrating, LMFAO, are back with a new bash in their "Sorry For Party Rocking" video. (Spoiler alert: they're not that sorry.) Party rock is definitely in this house tonight, and so are guest cameos by David Hasselhoff and Christopher “Kid” Reid, one half of 90s House Party duo Kid 'n Play. It's nice to see that life goes on after The X Factor, as Nicole Scherzinger continued her European Killer Love tour at London's Hammersmith Apollo last night. "Thank you to all my #killerlovers for coming out tonight. Means the world to share my music with you!" the former reality show judge tweeted following her performance. The sultry singer lived up to her sexy red carpet ensembles of 2011 with some seriously leggy outfits. It's nearly impossible to think of Nicki Minaj without associating her with schizophrenic facial contortions, ambitious (but not always successful) theatrics and eyebrow-raising outfits that accentuate her "ass ass ass ass". But the rapper wasn't always garnering attention for such superficial things - sometimes she had people's heads turning just by rapping. Leg spasms and muscle pain might have kept Aretha Franklin from attending Whitney Houston's funeral yesterday. However, that didn't mean that the Queen of Soul forgot about her goddaughter's memory. On the night before Houston's funeral, Franklin made not one, but two, touching tributes to the late singer. If Whitney Houston ever needed confirmation that we will always love her, this is it. It's still hard to believe that the troubled singer is no longer with us, but the overwhelming response to her death in the media reminds us that her music will always be with us. Along with Stevie Wonder and several others, Aretha Franklin was originally slated to perform in honor of the fallen star at today's funeral, but health concerns unfortunately kept her away. Stepping in was Alicia Keys to sing "Send Me An Angel." And in one of several heartfelt speeches, Houston's The Bodyguard co-star Kevin Costner spoke at length about the role that made her a movie star in addition to one of the greatest voices of all time. Scores of mourners gathered at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey to honor the life and music of Whitney Houston, and many more paid tribute from home watching the service streamed live. It was one week ago today that the legendary diva passed away in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton, and following Jennifer Hudson's heartfelt rendition of "I Will Always Love You" at the Grammys, one of Houston's peers paid another fitting tribute with "Ribbon in the Sky" — Stevie Wonder, who retooled the lyrics in honor of Whitney.
